How to become a trainerThe issue of trainer training is something under intense discussion across national boundaries. All participating in these discussions are agreed that the current variations on training skills and content are not in the long-term interest of either S.C.E.N.A.R. or the client-patients who seek help from this effective therapy. It is further accepted that trainers can be qualified to different skills levels and for different aspects of S.C.E.N.A.R. therapy. Key to a more uniform standard of training will be agreement on the variety of training materials used. All trainers will be expected to have qualified as fully fledged practitioners prior to being accepted for ISTA registration. It is currently proposed that we have 4-types of trainer, covering the following - Core-Level Trainers (who are expected to give their students, from home-users to budding therapist-practitioners, a deep understanding of Scenar theory and practice, as well as full profiency with their chosen Scenar device) Advanced-Level Trainers (who will be giving those committed to becoming therapist- practitioners a thorough, higher-level grounding in Scenar theory and practice as welll as the principles of holistic and energy medicine) Master-Level Trainers - these are few, their task is to consolidate and test the knowledge of therapist-practitioners and keep them abreast of new insights and developments Specialist Trainers - these may or may not be Scenar therapist-practitioners, depending on the their specialist subjects, but will all have a thorough understanding of how their specialism interacts with Scenar Advanced-level trainers who wish to obtain ISTA registration will be required to have attendend a Russian training centre and clinic, and a minmum number of annual update week-ends. Please re-visit this site at intervals to see what progress we are making. On the Finding a Trainer pages we shall start listing trainers in one of the above 4 categories as soon as preliminary nominations and screenings have been completed - so nominate your favourite trainers here and provide feedback on others. If you are already training and wish to register with ISTA, you will need to become an ISTA member first; if you already are a member and you would like to become a trainer, please complete our trainer application form and forward it to ISTA. If you are already training, we require an outline of your current training programme(s), as well as copies of all your training materials and manuals. These will be exclusively used to evaluate your application and to offer advice in which areas we believe you will need to make amendments to fall into line with ISTA required standards. ISTA will nominate 2 inspectors who will attend, for evaluation purposes, an applicant's full training event. You are also encouraged to invite past course participants to provide feedback on your training events by completing a quick-check feed-back form (accessed under "Invitations"). Please be reminded that as an ISTA-registered trainer you will be required to adhere to ISTA's Code of Practice for Trainers. We are currently discussing what the registration fee for ISTA-registered Trainers should be. The guiding principle remains our desire to offer those who seek training on the Scenar-Technology device they have bought, as well as device suppliers, unbiased guidance on who ISTA considers to be suitable training providers. Accordingly we do not wish to prevent anybody from registering as a trainer for financial reasons. We are considering a similar formula as applicable to annual membership fees and annual supplier-membership fees, which is respectively based on 2 x average patient-session fees and 1x average device sales cost. In the case of a trainer's membership fee we are considering the equivalent of the cost of one basic training place. This is however fully negotiable and may be paid in instalments, as the number o f training courses increase. Let's Discuss. We are here to assist you become a more effective and successful trainer.
