I (We) the undersigned make preliminary application for
registration with ISTA.
I(We) understand that the purpose of this registration is
to give ISTA members and those consulting ISTA's website the
comfort in knowing that they are potentially dealing with a
party who respects their consumer rights and is willing to
adhere to ISTA's published Code of Business Practice.
I(We) confirm that I(we) -
(a) supply S.C.E.N.A.R. devices purchased from
sources believed to manufacture genuine S.C.E.N.A.R. Technology
devices
(b) operate a defective goods return policy for a period
of ...... [insert below] months from date of delivery
(c) provide a 1-year free repair service, whereby the
customer pays for the postage of sending for repair, by registered
mail, the defective item to an address we provide; for a small
fee we are also able to provide a replacement device for the
duration of the repair [** if you do not have a presence in a country, ISTA may be able to provide a service for its members at cost, or for non-members for a small handling fee - please raise this issue with us]
(d) agree to adhere to ISTA's Code of Business Practice
(e) provide training via ISTA registered trainers, and
who, if applicable, have been provided with training specific
to the devices we sell
(f) are willing to rely on the arbitration services
of ISTA in the event of a dispute with a client
(g) endorse ISTA's quest for excellence and welcome
the feedback that ISTA seeks from all those who use the services
of this Website
