LOCATE A REGISTERED S.C.E.N.A.R. THERAPIST

(please read our notes below if you have not done so before)

If you are using this facility for the first time, please be sure you read these notes -

1.  We have sought to keep this look-up facility as simple and useful as possible. You can search mostly by countries only; where there are additional options, this will be indicated in the drop-down menu in the lower window.

2.  If you them click the button alongside the selected name, you will be provided with more information on the practitioner, including how to get in touch.

3.  Against the name of each practitioner shown by our service, you will find one of the following entries; please take careful note of what these entries mean :

National

Member         this signifies that the practitioner belongs to the respective national organisation, which is

a corporate member of ISTA; this signfies that s/he has agreed to adhere to ISTA's Code

of Practice for Practitioners and the requirements of their national organisation

International

Member         this signifies a practitioner operating in a country that has no national organisation; it

means that s/he will have presented ISTA with documented evidence of approved training

and they will have undertaken to adhere to the provisions of ISTA's Code of Practice for

                              Practitioners

Member

(M.Ista)           this signifies that the practitioner is a direct member of ISTA and has undergone all the

necessary trainings and requirements to qualify for ISTA membership; depending on

which jurisdiction this practitioner operates in, s/he will have self-certified to be in good

standing with regard to all local legal and insurance requirements.

There are two additional categories of member, Associate and Student.  They

are not publicly listed as they are considered under training.  However, all ISTA members

have access for their patients to a separate database which will reveal which Associate

or Student may be located in the area of your search.  This is to be able to provide some

S.C.E.N.A.R. support (and training opportunities) under supervision of an experienced

practitioner where it might be better than to provide no S.C.E.N.A.R. support at all.

Please provide feedback on any visit you make to any SCENAR practitioner.

We do not list students still undergoing training.

Unlisted Practitioners

If you are aware of anybody calling themselves a SCENAR practitioner but not listed on this site, please draw their attention to this site and inform us of their name, address and contact details.   We will extend an invitation to join if we do not hear from them within 14 days of your notification.  You will be able to draw your own conclusions if somebody you have brought to our attention does not show up on our site within, say, 6 weeks after you have brought their name to our attention.

It would benefit everybody enormously if you took a moment to provide feed-back on your visi(s)t to this practitioner.
