SUPPLIERS of S.C.E.N.A.R. DEVICES & MATERIALS

Following consultation with our membership, and in order to encourage greater support from the manufacturers of the range of S.C.E.N.A.R. devices available, ISTA no longer seeks to register suppliers and manufacturers of S.C.E.N.A.R. devices.

This does not prevent a supplier or manufacturer seeking voluntary registration to give their customers the assurance that they -

have agreed to adhere to ISTA's Code of Business Practice
offer a warranty on equipment supplied
offer a 1-year after-sales service
provide or recommend training facilities via ISTA-Registered Trainers and Training Organisations
undertake to treat customers with courtesy and fairness
undertake to assist therapists in developing and keeping up to date their S.C.E.N.A.R. skills
agree to offer and use the mediation services of ISTA in the event of any disputes
