Bulgaria
The S.C.E.N.A.R. Society of Bulgaria is a corporate founding member of ISTA.
It has a thoroughly developed membership structure and training programme, with its principal instructors either Russian or extensively trained in Russia.
It has a permanent representative on ISTA's Executive Committee; currently this is Dr Vasil Stanchev.
